FTS4-T Junk Mill

Application

FTS-4-NB junk mill destroys metal objects, packer plugs and multi-stage fracturing ports, cement with coiled tubing during interventions in oil, gas and exploratory wells.

Design

The junk mill consists of a high-strength alloy steel and cutting-grinding braze of crushed tungsten carbide in nickel/brass matrix. The blades are hard-faced with Eutalloy powder for wear resistance.
