Run on coiled tubing, FRG hydraulically expandable mill drills out cement bridges without tripping out.

Design 

The mill consists of a body made of durable alloy steel, FTS4 mill with cutting-grinding braze of crushed tungsten carbide and expandable blades with cutting-grinding braze of crushed tungsten carbide in nickel/brass matrix. The blades are plate spring fed to prevent them from expanding during tripping operations. The mill has thread connection at the top and circulation ports and relevant watercourses for efficient cooling and effective cuttings removal.
