Application 

Run-in on coiled tubing, FRG-B bicenter hydraulically expandable mill drills out cement blugs without tripping out. 

Design 

The mill consists of a high-strength alloy steel body, FTS4 mill with cutting-grinding braze of crushed tungsten carbide and expandable blades with cutting-grinding braze of tungsten carbide in nickel brass matrix. 
Deviated from the body axis, eccentric blades of the reamer allow for cement to be thoroughly cleaned out off the production string. The blades are plate spring fed to prevent them from expanding during tripping operations. The mill has thread connection at the top and circulation ports and relevant watercourses for efficient cooling and effective cuttings removal.
