Application 

PIKV internal wireline spear engages and retrieves electric wirelines, ropes and slicklines during fishing operations. 

Design 

Rugged design of PIKV allows for wireline and slickine recovery from a wellbore. Compared to its counterparts, PIKV is of extended length and, therefore, is used without extension. 

Barbs, arranged helically and descending in size, ensure egagement of tightly tangled wireline. Due to increased number of barbs, the tool withstands higher loads during retrieval. 

The tip of the spear is in the form of a cone that easily enters the tungled wireline or slickline. 

Besides connection, top sub also acts as a stop and has inclined ports for circulation.
