MES Tubing Taper Tap

Application

MES tubing taper tap internally engages and retrieves tubing by tapping into its box during fishing operations in a wellbore.

Design

MES tubing taper tap is a tube section made of steel alloy. It has thread connection at the upper end, and external fishing thread at the lower end. Lengthwise flutes across the fishing thread facilitate tapping.
The taper tap has a watercourse for fluid circulation.
It is available in left- and right-hand configuration.
MES taper tap screws into tubing box and is retrieved together with the fish.
