Application

TLV releasable spear is used to internally engage and retrieve tubular fish from a wellbore.

Design

The releasable spear consists of a body, a basket grapple, a milling head, a releasing ring and a packer.

Benefits:

The innovative design of the basket grapple enables higher break-out torque without any risk of its damage or failure.
Milling head removes small foreign objects (cable bands, metal pieces etc), pushes cable pieces inside the fish and washes sediments out. All that facilitates trip of the spear into the fish.
Packer seals off space between the spear and the fish, allowing for circulation below fish neck during reciprocation or lubricant injection to the stuck point.
Extended length of the spear allows for fish retrieval even with damaged neck.

Spears is available in left/right hand configuration.

Consumables, such as basket grapple and packers, are procured separetely and of specific size. It is recommended to order various sizes to enhance efficiency of the tool.
